Product Description: This chef knife, longer than usual, features a curved belly and a stinger-like tip, perfect for rock chops, lengthy slices, and even skinning and portioning meats and vegetables as needed. The blade's versatility and ruthless efficiency make it an indispensable tool.

The knife is made of patented Japanese V12 Ultra steel, exclusive to Dalstrong. It consists of 69 layers of steel finished with a nitrogen cooling process to create a striking spiral “Sandstorm” Damascus pattern. Additionally, cobalt has been added to increase wear resistance and hot hardness, resulting in a Rockwell Hardness rating of 60+. The blade is hand sharpened to a precise angle of 8-12°.

The handle is structurally sturdy, made of premium red and black resin reinforced with honeycomb aluminum mesh for enhanced durability. It also provides shock absorbance for increased endurance, comfort, and grip. The handle is superiorly scratch-resistant and features a mosaic end rivet on the full-tang blade.
